Our soybean proteins are produced using non-genetically modified soybeans. Selected organic soybeans are shelled, low temperature pressed and then texturized without any additive using a purely mechanical process, preserving all the nutritional elements of the soybean itself. Due to their structure and texture, they are perfect used as meat substitute once rehydrated.
