Harvest: the soy bean harvest takes place between September and October.
For your well-being: It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and, in particular, it contains two essential fatty acids linoleic acid (omega 6), which represents about 50% of the fatty acids in soybean oil, and linolenic acid (omega 3). It contains a small amount of saturated fatty acids. It shows a net deficiency of vitamin E compared to other vegetable oils.
