Our Organic Hazelnut Oil contains antioxidants, vitamin E, which act in the body by counteracting the formation of free radicals. The seeds contain approx. 55% fat. Hazelnut oil is mostly composed of monounsaturated fats (oleic acid). Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Recommended for very sensitive skin. Being fluid, it penetrates quickly and nourishes the skin. Also ideal for massages.

Light in colour, this oil has an intense, aromatic flavour. Excellent on cheese or cheese-based dishes. Irresistible in the preparation of pastries and baked dishes.
