Our organic cold pressed Flaxseed oil has Intense yellow in colour, it is rich in omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) which, when combined with a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels through a daily intake of 2g.

Can be used for cold dishes, salads, steamed or braised vegetables and cheese. It is recommended with fruit juice, yoghurt or Budwig cream.
